UPDATE: 9/21/14 - LA 3033 (Washington Street) is reopened to traffic. Note that minor work is still occurring at this location so be aware of the construction workers and flaggers as they finish this area.

LA 3033 (Washington Street) will be closed south of the Martin Street intersection and north of the Lenwil Street intersection.  This closure will take effect beginning at 7:00 PM on Friday, September 19, 2014 and will remain closed through 5:00 AM on Monday, September 22.

The purpose of this closure is to allow for scheduled construction drainage improvements.

Restrictions:
During closure no vehicles will be allowed through this area.

Detour:
A formal detour has been established.  Southbound traffic would turn left at LA 840-1 then turn right LA 34 (south) to LA 3033.  Northbound traffic would take LA 34 then turn left at LA 840-10 (west) to LA 3033.
