LA 21 Northbound and Southbound, will have intermittent lane closures approximately 5 minutes in duration 0.1 miles east of LA 59, beginning Monday, September 15, 2014 thru Friday, September 19, 2014, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. weather permitting.
