LA 4, East of Winnsboro in Franklin Parish, 1 mile west of the intersection of LA 4 and LA 578, will be closed September 8, 2014 until approximately March, 2015 while crews perform bridge replacement.
The alternate traffic routes are LA 863 to LA 578 to LA 4.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution near the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
