SPN H.009600: I-12 (Tangipahoa Parish Line to Ponchatolawa Creek)
August 22, 2014
There will be intermittent alternating lane closures of both the Eastbound and Westbound lanes of I-12 between Milepost 52.91 (Tangipahoa Parish line) and Milepost 63.84 (Ponchatolawa Creek), beginning on Sunday, August 24, 2014 and continuing through Thursday, August 28, 2014. The contractor may only work between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (weather permitting) while crews cold plane and overlay the roadway and conduct dirt operations.
Permit/Detour Section
Eastbound motorists may take LA 445 North to US 190, East to LA 36, East to LA 59, South on LA 59 to I-12 Eastbound.
Westbound motorists may exit I-12 at LA 59, North to LA 36, West to US 190, West LA 445, South to I-12 West.
One lane of traffic will be open at all times.
