I-20 Madison Parish WESTBOUND at LA 577 Interchange (EXIT 157)

UPDATE: (9/25/2015) All work has been completed for this project.
UPDATE: 8/27/14 - The LA 577 Westbound Off Ramp and the LA 577 Westbound On Ramp are now reopened to traffic. Note that minor work is still occurring at this location so be aware of the construction workers and flaggers as they finish this area.
The LA 577 westbound off ramp (Exit 157) and LA 577 westbound on ramp to I-20 will be closed on Monday, August 11, 2014 and will remain closed until Wednesday, August 27, 2014.
The purpose of this closure is to allow for scheduled construction ramp improvements.
Restrictions:
During closure no vehicles will be allowed to exit westbound from I-20 at Exit 157 to LA 577 (Waverly) nor will they be allowed to enter westbound from LA 577 (Waverly) to I-20.
Detour:
A detour has been established by taking Exit 171 (Tallulah) to US 65 north to US 80 then west to LA 577 for exiting traffic. Additionally by taking US 80 west to LA 17 (Delhi) then south to I-20 traffic can enter I-20 westbound.
