Westbound, Harvey Tunnel closed nightly beginning Tuesday, July 29 from 9:00 pm – 6:00 am and again
on Wednesday, July 30 from 9:00 pm – 6:00 am for overhead bridge work.
Alternate route: LA 18 (4th Street)
