LA 428 (General DeGaulle Drive), East from LB Landry Avenue to Holiday & West of Shirly Drive, Orleans Parish

ORLEANS PARISH
LA 428 (General DeGaulle Dr.) East from LB Landry Ave. to Holiday Dr. and LA 428 West from Shirley Dr. to LB Landry Ave., alternating double lane closures with one lane to remain open, Wednesday, July 16, 2014, from 7:00 pm – 6:00 am for ongoing asphalt work and striping layout.
Also, the exit ramp from the HOV lane to LA 428 will be temporarily closed as work progresses.
ALTERNATE ROUTE: Motorists should use the Terry Parkway or Westbank Expressway HOV exit ramps during the LA 428 HOV exit ramp closure.
The flyover ramp from US 90 Business West to LA 428 (General DeGaulle Dr.) East will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning at 9:00 PM.
ALTERNATE ROUTE: The LA 428 (General DeGaulle Dr.) West exit ramp to LA 428 East will remain open during the flyover ramp closure.
All lane closures are weather dependent and may be canceled in the event of inclement weather.
