SUBJECT: Lane Closure. LA 2, Bridge over Red River, in Bossier Parish, Structure# 083-03-00001, Lane closure for repairs.
This is to advise that on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 and July 17, 2014, beginning at 9:00 am to 3:00 pm each day, the LA 2 Bridge over Red River in Bossier Parish, will be restricted to one (1) lane of traffic for two (2) days. This bridge is located approximately 3.3 miles east of US 71. This lane closure is for repairs.
Alternate Route: This closure will allow vehicles 10 feet wide or smaller to pass the construction zone. Larger vehicles must detour using US 71 to I-220 east to LA 3.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
