Road Closure, LA 534 Spur, Claiborne Parish

Motorists are advised that beginning on Monday, July 7, 2014, Route LA 534 Spur in Claiborne Parish will be closed to thru-traffic to replace a drainage structure located one-half mile north of LA 2. This work will be in conjunction with a roadway surfacing project on LA 534 Spur beginning at LA 2 in the Blackburn Community and ending 2.44 miles east at the intersection with LA 534. The required road closure due to pipe replacement is anticipated to last three (3) calendar days, weather permitting, with a completion date of Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 6:30 PM.
LA 534 Spur will be closed to all thru-traffic from 6:30 AM on Monday July 7, 2014 thru 6:30 PM, Thursday, July 10, 2014.
Alternate Route:
All LA 534 Spur thru-traffic may detour via LA 2 to LA 534.
