Metairie, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that drivers will experience the following nighttime lane and ramp closures on I-10 from 9:30 p.m. Monday, June 30 through Tuesday, July 1 at 5:30 a.m. while crews stripe the roadway:

•  Alternating double lane closures on I-10 eastbound, between Veterans Memorial Boulevard and Causeway Boulevard.

•  Alternating double lane closures on I-10 westbound, between Causeway Boulevard and Clearview Parkway.

• The Clearview Parkway exit-ramps from I-10 east and westbound. Eastbound traffic will be detoured to the Causeway Boulevard exit.  Westbound traffic will be detoured to Veterans Memorial Boulevard.

• The Veterans Memorial Boulevard on-ramp to I-10 eastbound. Traffic will be detoured to Clearview Parkway for entrance to I-10 eastbound.

• The Clearview Boulevard on-ramp to I-10 eastbound. Traffic will be detoured to Causeway Boulevard for entrance onto I-10 eastbound.

• The Bonnabel Boulevard on-ramp to I-10 westbound. Traffic will be detoured to Causeway Boulevard for entrance onto I-10 westbound.

All planned construction activities are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to drive with caution through this and other highway work zones. Also, be alert for the presence of construction workers and equipment.
