La. 3194 (Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.) at Montana St. to La. 1 (North Market) with Permanent closure at Montana St. and Phelps Street, Caddo Parish

Motorists are advised that beginning on Monday, June 23, 2014 the eastbound and westbound lanes of La. 3194 (Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.) from Montana Street to La. 1 (North Market Street) will have periodic lane closures and lane shifts. One lane will be open to traffic at all times. The closures are associated with roadway reconstruction and utility relocation work related to I-49 North. This work is expected to be completed December 2015.

Work will also require permanent road closures at Montana St and Phelps Rd. These roads will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, June 23, 2014.
