The following lane closures have been extended due to weather.

I-12 EB & WB from LA 447 to Satsuma Rd. will be reduced to a single lane beginning Monday, June 9, 2014 through Friday, June 20, 2014 from 8:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. nightly (weather permitting). One lane will remain open in each direction at all times. This lane closure will allow crews to perform cold planing and install new asphalt pavement on the existing travel lanes.

Motorists may take US 190 as an alternate route to avoid nightly lane closures during construction.

As always, please be safe on the highways, especially in construction zones.
