UPDATE:
All roadwork on LA 590 in Morehouse Parish has been completed. The traveling public should no longer expect any delays due to roadway construction.
ORIGINAL RELEASE:
Roadwork on LA 590 in Morehouse Parish from Elvin Road to LA 591 will be begin on Wednesday, June 18, 2014. Expect intermittent lane closures to allow construction crews to complete asphalt patching, cold planing and an asphaltic overlay.
Detours/Permits:
This closure will allow vehicles 14-feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Road is open for regular traffic, but oversize vehicles must detour using US 425, LA 591 and LA 140.
