The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that Bridge number 840-43-0125-1, O. K. Allen Bridge, which was scheduled to be closed for inspection from June 11, 2014 until June 12, 2014, will be opened to traffic. This structure is on US 71 over Red River and is located 0.51 miles North of the junction of I-49 and US 71. The bridge inspection was completed on June 11, 2014 and therefore the road closure for June 12, 2014 is canceled.
Permit/Detour Section
The road closure is canceled therefore no detour will be necessary.
