Mile Post 0.210; Control Section 365-01
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that LA 472, Grant Parish, will be closed at the Watco Railroad track. The work is being done at Milepost 0.210 and is on Control Section 365-01. The closure will be Thursday, June 12, 2014 from 8:00 AM with a reopening to traffic at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 13, 2014. The closure is for Watco Railroad to replace the ties thru the crossing.
Permit/Detour section
The roadway will be closed completely to all traffic during this time. The detour will be LA 472 to LA 500 to US 167 to LA 472. The detour can accept oversized loads. The detour route will be identified with proper markings for the general public. All emergency agencies will be notified of the road closure.
