The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting, construction work will begin on the Central State Hospital Streets in Pineville. The Project will consist of cold planing asphaltic concrete, pavement patching, class II base course, lime treatment, in-place cement stabilized base course, superpave asphaltic concrete pavement, and related work.
The construction is expected to last approximately four months and alternating temporary lane closures throughout the Hospital grounds can be expected during the course of the project. Various roads will be affected by construction during the life of the project and delays should be expected when traveling through the construction site. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes if possible.
Permit/Detour section
Local and through traffic will be maintained at all times. Therefore, there are no designated detours at this time.
