SPN H.009125: I-12 (Eastbound Exit Ramp Improvement at US 190)
May 29, 2014
There will be lane closures outside (right) lane of the Eastbound I-12 from the Tchefuncte River Bridge (Milepost 61) to US 190 Overpass (Milepost 63) on Monday, June 2, 2014 through Sunday, June 8, 2014 (weather permitting) while crews install permanent signs, construct guardrail and sign pads, seed and fertilize the project, and install permanent striping. The contractor may work nightly between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Permit/Detour Section
During construction, eastbound motorists may take LA 1077 North to US 190, then East on US 190 to I-12 Eastbound.
One lane of traffic will be open at all times. By law, oversize loads are not allowed to travel at night.
