SUBJECT: Lane Closure on US 71 (Market Street) south bound bridge over Cross Bayou in Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Routine bridge inspection.
This is to advise that on Thursday, June 5, 2014, the US 71 (Market Street) south bound bridge over Cross Bayou in Shreveport, Caddo Parish, will be restricted to two (2) lanes of traffic for one (1) day between the hours of 8am till 12pm. This bridge is located approximately 0.5 miles north of US 80 (Texas Street). This closure is for routine bridge inspection
Alternate/Detour Route: This closure will allow vehicles 10 feet wide or smaller to pass through the bridge inspection zone. Larger vehicles must detour using LA 3036 (North Common Street) south to LA 173 (Caddo Street) south to US 71 (Market Street) south.
