US 90 Lane closure in Lafayette & St. Martin Parish

From Tuesday, May 20, 2014 through Saturday, May 24, 2014, US 90 will be reduced to one lane in the westbound direction for median shoulder work at LA 92 Young Street located between LA 92 Smede Hwy and Southwood Drive near the City of Youngsville. This work will occur Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
This portion of the project should be completed by Saturday, May 24, 2014 - weather permitting. All lanes will be opened at night and on Sundays.
Permit loads are restricted to 16 feet in width. Emergency vehicles have access through the area. No detour is necessary for this median work.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
