The Tulane Avenue upramp to I-10 EB (Orleans Parish) will be closed on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, from 9:00am-2:00pm for drain cleaning.
Alternate Route- Esplanade Avenue upramp to I-10 EB from Claiborne Avenue.
