LA 23 southbound (right lane) at Barriere Road (Plaquemines Parish) AND LA 23 northbound (right lane) at Jefferson/Plaquemine Parish line will be closed on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. for guardrail repair.
