NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces closures at Judge Seeber (Claiborne Avenue) Bridge (La. 39) to vehicular traffic, on tonight, Monday, April 28, ending Wednesday, April 30, 2014. The details are as follows.

        • Monday, April 28 – 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.: Overnight and intermittent closures in both directions, lasting 15-30 minutes. 
                o During the closure, the contractor will be touching up and repairing painted areas on the lift-span.
        • Tuesday, April 29 and Wednesday, April 30 – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Alternating right lane closures (in both directions).
                o During the closure, bridge inspections will be performed.

The alternate routes are La. 46/St. Claude Bridge or I-10.
