UPDATE
LA 585 from Wardline Road to 4.7 miles north of LA 2 intersection is now open to traffic.
Beginning Monday, April 21, 2014, LA 585 in West Carroll Parish from Wardline Road (4.3 miles north of LA 2 intersection) to 4.7 miles north of LA 2 intersection will be temporarily closed. The road closure is needed to construct new drainage structures, subbase and base course work and new asphaltic surfacing. This work is anticipated to continue for approximately 45 days, weather permitting.
PERMIT/DETOUR
Detour routes will be signed and provided using LA 2 and LA 878 to guide traffic around the closure. These detour routes may be used by all traffic.
