Eastbound Exit Ramp Improvement at US 190

There will be lane closures outside (right) lane of the Eastbound I-12 from the Tchefuncte River Bridge (Milepost 61) to US 190 Overpass (Milepost 63) on Monday, March 31, 2014 through Sunday, April 6, 2014 (weather permitting) while crews excavate for the widening of the ramp and lay asphalt base course. The contractor may work nightly between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Permit/Detour Section
During construction, eastbound motorists may take LA 1077 North to US 190, then East on US 190 to I-12 Eastbound.
One lane of traffic will be open at all times. By law, oversize loads are not allowed to travel at night.
