UPDATED DATES FOR CONTINUATION OF WORK

 

I-12, St. Tammany Parish, Lane Closures,

S.P. No. 454-04-0080

 

There will be alternating, intermittent closures of the inside (left) or the outside (right) lanes of Eastbound I-12 and Westbound I-12, from mile post 82.1 near Donya Drive overpass to mile post 85.6, the I-10/I-12/I-59 interchange, on Monday night, November 5, 2012 through Thursday morning, November 8, 2012, 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., while the contractor finishes permanent pavement markings and completes the signing on the project.  One lane of traffic will be open at all times.


Permit/Detour

By law, oversize loads are not allowed to travel at night.  Emergency vehicles will have access.

 

During the nightly construction, eastbound motorists may take I-12 to LA 434, South on LA 434 to US 190, East on US 190 to I-10, East on I-10 to I-12/I-59/I-10 interchange and westbound motorists may take I-10 to US 190 (Gause Boulevard), East on US 190 to LA 434 (Lacombe), North on LA 434 to I-12.
