I-210 Calcasieu Parish

I-210 LANE CLOSURE (3 Weeks)

The left lane of I-210 westbound and eastbound from the Prien Lake Bridge (MP 1) to Nelson Road (MP 4) will be closed beginning Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 8:00 PM. The lane closure will remain in place for approximately three (3) weeks. This closure is necessary for crews to construct median crossovers for the Cove Lane Interchange project.

Delays to motorists are expected during peak travel hours. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you that the speed limit through the I-210 construction zone is 45 MPH and to be on the lookout for work crews and equipment.
