La 308 -Lafourche Parish- Road Closure

Command Construction will replace 3 damaged culverts under LA 308 on Saturday and Sunday, March 29 and 30. LA 308 will be closed to through traffic between LA 3266 and the Saint John Bridge from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm. LA 308 will be re-opened to traffic at 7:30 pm.
The contractor will replace one culvert at a time so that local traffic will be allowed to use LA 308 up to each worksite. The first culvert being replaced is located between Grand Lakes Drive and Deboue Place, the second is located one-half mile west of LA 3185, and the third is located about 700 feet west of Lasseigne Rd. Flaggers will be located at the nearest intersections to each site to assist motorists.
Alternate routes through the worksite are Westbound –Jackson St. Bridge to LA 1 west, then St. John Bridge and Eastbound – St. John Bridge to LA 1 east, then Jackson St. Bridge.
