I-12 (Eastbound Exit Ramp Improvement at US 190)

There will be a lane closure of the inside (left) lane of the Eastbound I-12 from the Tchefuncte River Bridge (Milepost 61) to US 190 Overpass (Milepost 63) on Monday, February 24, 2014 through Sunday, March 2, 2014 (weather permitting) while crews drive piles and install concrete foundations in the median for an overhead sign truss. The contractor may work nightly between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Permit/Detour Section
During construction, eastbound motorists may take LA 1077 North to US 190, then East on US 190 to I-12 Eastbound.
One lane of traffic will be open at all times. By law, oversize loads are not allowed to travel at night.
