The I-10 East On-ramp from Veterans Blvd; closed, Thursday February 6, 2014 from 9:30 pm to 5:30 am Friday February 7, 2014 while crews set panels for Sound Wall.  Use Clearview Pkwy for entrance to I-10 East.
