LA 623 and Junction US 165, Rapides Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that beginning on or about Monday, November 5, 2012, Diamond B Construction Company, LLC, will begin work on an overlay and related work on LA 623 in Tioga, LA. This work will be completed in approximately ninety (90) days. The project is located on route LA 623: JCT US 165-Daniels Road. Weather permitting starting on November 5, 2012, the contractor will begin replacing pipe crossings, followed by removal of surfacing by cold-planing. Contractor will then begin removal of surfacing and construction of cement stabilized base course followed by placement of asphalt surfacing.
This schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions and/or other unanticipated problems such as equipment breakdown. You will be notified if this occurs.
