DOTD experiencing technical difficulty at LA 1 Call Center

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that the La. 1 Call Center is currently experiencing technical difficulty and cannot receive calls at this time.

 

DOTD Information Technology technicians are currently working with a vendor to resolve the issue. Customers in receipt of violation invoices for the La. 1 Bridge in Leeville can contact La. 1 customer service via email at customerservice@geauxpass.com.

 

DOTD appreciates the public’s patience as it works to resolve this matter.
