The Public Hearing on the Department of Transportation and Development’s proposed Highway Program for State Fiscal Year 2010-2011 to be held at the Bossier Civic Center, Bodcau Meeting Room, 620 Benton Road, Bossier City, LA 71111 on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 3:30pm has been cancelled.  This hearing was for the DOTD District 04 parishes of Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, Desoto, Red River, and Webster. When the hearing has been rescheduled, a new notice will be published.
