I-10 westbound will be reduced to one lane of traffic between Bluebonnet Boulevard and the I-10 / I-12 split, and I-10 eastbound will be reduced to one lane between Essen Lane and Pecue Lane from Thursday, July 2, at 9 p.m. until Friday, July 3, at 5 a.m. while crews drive sheet piles and lay asphalt.
