Perkins Road Lane Closure Update

Friday, Feb. 27, from 8 p.m. to Saturday Feb. 28, 6 a.m. Perkins Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic between Bluebonnet Boulevard and Essen Lane while crews pour concrete for the new outside lanes of the Perkins Road Widening Project.

This closure will resume Monday, March 2 to Friday March 6, beginning at 8 p.m. each night and ending at 6 a.m. each morning.

Traffic will be directed one direction at a time by flaggers.

Saturday, Feb. 28 from 7 a.m. to 6. p.m. crews will continue to install the foundations for the signal poles at the intersection of Perkins and Bluebonnet. The right-turn lane of southbound Bluebonnet at the intersection of Perkins will be closed. Through traffic will be maintained during these times.

Drivers should expect some delays during construction. Please use caution when driving through the construction site.
