UPDATE: THIS CLOSURE HAS BEEN CANCELED. WORK WILL BE PERFORMED AT A LATER DATE.
I-10 Westbound Exit Ramp at Exit 100 -US 167/LA 3184 (Ambassador Caffery Parkway) will be closed on the following nights, weather permitting.
- Thursday, July 18 at 8:00 p.m. until Friday, July 19 at 6:00 a.m.
- Sunday, July 21 at 8:00 p.m. until Monday, July 22 at 6:00 a.m.
- Monday, July 22 at 8:00 p.m. until Tuesday, July 23 at 6:00 a.m.
Sunday, July 28 at 8:00 p.m. until Monday, July 29 at 6:00 a.m. --> CANCELED
Monday, July 29 at 8:00 p.m. until Tuesday, July 30 at 6:00 a.m.
These ramp closures are necessary to allow crews to perform milling and paving operations for the I-10 ramp.
Motorist traveling on I-10 westbound will only be able to access US 167/LA 3184 (Ambassador Caffery Pkwy) via the posted detour route, which includes continuing westbound on I-10 to Exit 97 - LA 93 (Scott, Cankton), turn south on LA 3184, then take I-10 eastbound to Exit 100 - US 167/LA 3184 (Ambassador Caffery Pkwy).
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the exit ramp at Exit 100 - US 167/LA 3184 (Ambassador Caffery Pkwy).
Detour routes will be posted during the ramp closure periods.
There will be no vehicle width restrictions with this work.
