Westbound US 190 (Florida Blvd) in Baton Rouge from Wooddale Blvd. to Ardenwood has two lanes closed for safety reasons. These lanes will be closed all day today (Friday, March 01, 2013). Then tonight the regular lane closure will be in effect for the rest of the weekend. Please see below:

Eastbound and Westbound US 190 (Florida Blvd) in Baton Rouge from Foster Dr. to Airline Hwy., expect lane closures in each direction from 8:00pm Friday night, March 1^st thru Monday morning, March 4^th at 6:00am.  This closure will be allowed while crews work on overlaying the roadway with asphaltic concrete.  At least on lane in each direction will remain open at all times.

Additional lane closures for next week will include:

Eastbound and Westbound US 190 (Florida Blvd) in Baton Rouge from Foster Dr. to Airline Hwy., expect lane closures in each direction from Monday night, March 4^th thru Thursday night, March 7^th.    These closures will be allowed from 8:00pm each night to 6:00am the following morning.  These closures will be allowed while crews work on overlaying the roadway with asphaltic concrete.  At least on lane in each direction will remain open at all times.

This lane closure has no vehicle restrictions and no detour is necessary.

This lane closure is subject to change depending on adverse weather conditions.
