INTERMITTENT LANE CLOSURES: US 165 @ Scott Dr., Sterlington, Ouachita Parish

UPDATE: 8/7/2023 - The intermittent lane closures on US 165 are scheduled to begin on Monday, August 14, 2023.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Monday, June 5, 2023, work will begin to construct new left and right turn lanes on US 165 at Scott Drive near Sterlington, in Ouachita Parish. The required work will necessitate intermittent lane closures on US 165, although through traffic and local traffic will be maintained at all times. The intermittent lane closures will mainly be at nights between 6:30 PM and 6:30 AM. No lane closures will be allowed during peak driving times.

Construction of this project is expected to last approximately 90 calendar days.

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
