DOTD to improve LA 3048 in Richland Parish with overlay project
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Thursday, May 18, 2023, work will begin on a project to repair a section of LA 3048 (Foster Street) in the Town of Rayville, Richland Parish.
The $774,760 project will patch, mill and overlay LA 3048 from US 425 S to Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive.
Various intermittent lane closures may be necessary as work progresses, so motorists are urged to drive carefully through the construction zone.
The entire project is anticipated to wrap up in mid-July 2023, weather permitting.

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
