LA-17 Road Closure *** West Carroll Parish *** Update ***

Scope of Work:
Road closure has been postponed until Monday, May 22, 2023, through Sunday June 18, 2023.
Beginning Monday, May 22, 2023, through Sunday, June 18, 2023, northbound and southbound lanes of LA-17 will be closed, between LA-577 and LA-588, (north of Darnell LA). The closure is approximately 0.6 miles north to the intersection of LA-17 and LA-577.
This closure will allow the replacement of drainage structures beneath the highway.
Permit / Detour:
Through traffic will be required to detour via LA-577, LA-585, and LA-588.
