ROAD CLOSURE: US 371 (E. Carroll St) in Coushatta, Red River Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, US 371 (E. Carroll Street) near it’s intersection with LA 480 in the Town of Coushatta, Red River Parish will be closed at the railroad crossing.
This closure is scheduled to take place beginning at 6:00 a.m. on May 9th until 6:00 a.m. on May 11th. It is necessary to allow CPKC (formerly KCS Railroad) to perform repairs to their tracks.
Alternate route: Detour signage will be in place.
Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure at the specified location. All vehicles will need to detour.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
