The meeting will follow an open house format. A continuous presentation will be shown describing the propsed project, the potential environmental effects associated with the proposed project, and the environmental documentation process. Informational materials will be distributed and graphic displays will be available for viewing. Representatives from LADOTD will be at the open house to receive comments, answer questions, and discuss issues related to the project. Verbal comments will be recorded at the meeting.
