LA 44 (ASCENSION PARISH) Emergency Road Closure – A road closure will take place at the CN Railroad Crossing on LA 44

near LA 942 beginning

Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 7:00 AM thru Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 5:00 PM.

This closure is necessary for CN Railroad to repair a railroad crossing on LA 44 near River Road.

Commuters may detour LA 44 to LA 942 then LA 22 back to LA 44 or LA 44 to LA 22 then LA 942 to LA 44.
