From: Raceland to Westbank Expressway in Jefferson, Lafourche and St. Charles parishes

On Jan. 24, 2008, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) approved the Record of Decision (ROD), based on the findings of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FHWA-LA-EIS-06-02-F).

This ROD approves the selected alignment from the Final Environmental Impact Statement, based on analyses documented in the Draft and Final Environmental Impact Statements, the comments of federal and state agencies, elected officials, and members of the public.
