EXTENDED!! LA 1165 (L’Anse Aux Pailles Road) 0.8 miles East of LA 29 to LA 1166, Evangeline Parish, Road Closure

UPDATE: This closure has been extended until Monday, September 26 at 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.
LA 1165 (L’Anse Aux Pailles Road) will be closed 0.8 miles east of its intersection with LA 29 to LA 1166 beginning Wednesday, September 14 at 7:00 a.m. until Monday, September 19 at 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to replace existing drainage structures under the roadway.
The detour will be posted and will consist of LA 29, LA 1167, and LA 1166.
Emergency vehicles will not have access through the area.
