Update (8/25/2022): Duty Ferry on LA 559 in Enterprise (Catahoula) is open to all vehicular traffic.
Update (8/24/2022): Duty Ferry on LA 559 in Enterprise (Catahoula) will be open on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, during the temporary operating hours of 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Duty Ferry will be closed on Thursday, August 25, 2022, in order for the Coast Guard to complete the annual inspection.
Update (8/17/2022): Duty Ferry on LA 559 in Enterprise (Catahoula Parish) will be closed beginning Tuesday, August 23, 2022, until approximately Thursday, August 25, 2022.
(8/16/2022) Duty Ferry on LA 559 in Enterprise (Catahoula Parish) will be closed beginning Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. until approximately Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. This closure is necessary in order for the Coast Guard to complete the annual inspection.
Detour: LA 124 East to LA 8 East to US 425 North to LA 128 West to LA 4 West to LA 559.
