LANE CLOSURES: I-49 over East 85th St. & KCS Railroad, Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Sunday, June 27, 2022, one lane of both the I-49 northbound and southbound bridges over East 85th Street and KCS Railroad in Shreveport, Caddo Parish will be closed for routine bridge inspection.
These lane closures are scheduled to take place from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This bridge is located approximately 1.9 miles north of LA 526 (Bert Kouns).
Alternate Route: These lane closures will allow vehicles 24 feet wide or smaller to pass through the bridge inspection zone. Larger vehicles must detour using LA 3132 to US 171 to LA 511.
Permits/Restrictions: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
