LA 74 (ASCENSION PARISH) – There will be a road closure on HWY 74 between Chester Diaz Road and L.Landry Road.

This closure will take place beginning Monday, June 20, 2022 until Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily.

This road closure is necessary for the parish to install a new drainage crossing under the highway.

No thru traffic will be allowed. Permit loads should contact the permit office for alternate routes.

Detour Route: Commuters may detour LA 74 to Chester Diaz Rd., then Cornerview Road to LA 73, leading back to LA 74.
