Westbank Expressway (US 90B) westbound now open
NEW ORLEANS — The Westbank Expressway (US 90B) westbound has reopened nearly 21 hours earlier than planned.
Saturday night, the contractor began work to level the approach to the elevated expressway. The work included milling a section of the expressway, repaving, and striping. The road reopened around 8:30 Sunday morning.
The project cost approximately $147,000.
