I-69 Corridor – Section of Independent Utility (SIU) No. 14

The project proposes construction of a four-lane, divided, fully-controlled access freeway on new location from I-20 near Haughton, LA to US 82 near El Dorado, AR in Bossier, Webster, and Claiborne Parishes of LA and Columbia and Union Counties of AR. 

FEIS is available and comments may be submitted on website: www.i69arkla.com. Hardcopies can be reviewed at the local libraries (link) and the District 04 office located at 3339 Industrial Drive, Bossier City, LA. Comment period ends and comments must be postmarked by November 10, 2011.
