The Flournoy Lucas Road section of this project is completely open to drivers. The Ellerbe Road section is about 95% complete and is still in a two-lane configuration.

Crews anticipate having all five of the lanes open by the end of the week. The contractors will be finishing up minor work such as seeding, stripping, clean-up and other final tasks through the middle of October. Drivers can expect periodic one-day lane closures and miscellaneous work within the slopes.
